This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the ReeLink mobile application ("Licensed Application") provided by the ReeLink team ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the app, you agree to the terms outlined below.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Licensed Application on any Apple device that you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service. This license is for personal, non-commercial use only, unless otherwise explicitly permitted.

You retain ownership of any content you submit or create using the app. By using the app, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your content for the purpose of generating videos. We do not claim ownership of your original input.
The Licensed Application may rely on external services for AI processing, text-to-speech voice generation, media sourcing, and cloud operations. You acknowledge and agree that such services are used only to fulfill the app’s core features, and are subject to their respective terms and limitations.
We may release updates to improve functionality or address security concerns. This license may be terminated if you violate this EULA or misuse the application. Upon termination, you must cease all use and uninstall the app.
The Licensed Application is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. You use the app at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damages or losses arising from use of the app or its generated content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use or inability to use the Licensed Application.
This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable legal procedures.
