This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and the developer of the Velva Stories mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
The App is licensed, not sold. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes on your own device(s), subject to the terms of this Agreement.
All content generated within the App—including stories, voices, and images—are the intellectual property of Velva Stories. You may not copy, share, or distribute these stories outside the App.
Velva Stories may offer paid subscriptions or one-time in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. No payment information is stored or handled directly by us.
This license will terminate automatically if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your devices.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that the content will meet your expectations or needs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
Use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined therein.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
