End User License Agreement (EULA)

License Grant

This app grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the app solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this EULA.

Restrictions

You agree not to, and will not permit others to:

Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we, our affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use or inability to use the app.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated by you or the app developer. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the app and uninstall it from your device.

Governing Law

This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within India to resolve any dispute or claim arising from this EULA.
